Sheep and Goats

We raise hair sheep, a mixture of Katahdin/ Dorper breeds, primarily for meat.

Lambs expected in 2024 from our pure Tunis ewes crossed with our Katahdin/Dorper ram.

In 2023, we used the sheep and goat to clear farm land that had gotten overgrow, clearing brush and trees after they had eaten down an area. 

Fall 2023 to Spring 2024, we will be butchering lambs and "cull" ewes after weaning lambs, so lamb and mutton meat will be available for purchase.
